Visual Novel Effects Pack Re-FORGED to V2.0! 🎥

As a heartfelt gesture of gratitude for your continuous support, I've brought an exciting new update to the Visual Novel Pack! If you already own the pack, you'll receive the update for FREE! Simply head back to the main webpage and redownload the files. If you downloaded the files after 11 April, you already have the most up-to-date version of the pack.

To check which version you have, please refer to the version number in the left bottom corner of the demo file.

New Character Busts Added! --------------- A gorgeous new set of character busts, created by talented artists, is now included in the pack! ❤️ Meet High Elf by Remnantation and Hooded Male by Karamelow (both are under a CC-BY license), and a Werewolf stock image sourced from Pixabay. Full licence details for all the characters can now be found in Character Busts Disclaimer.txt, located under img > pictures.

New RTP Character! ---------------- I had some fun creating a matching sprite of a High Elf, made using the default RTP characters with my additional edits! I hope you like her and find a perfect spot for her in your amazing stories. This sprite can be a wonderful addition to your fantasy tales, bringing a unique look to the NPCs in your game.

Expanded Nature Spritesheet! ---------------- The nature spritesheet has been expanded to include intricate water effects, sparkles, a new pointing arrow, and six types of XP-inspired multi-colored butterflies for your beautiful game worlds 🦋  I made these handcrafted pixel art sprites with love just for you!

Minor Bug Fixes and Fun Edits! ---------------- To make things even clearer, I've added pointing arrows to highlight important areas to interact with. The boring signposts were turned into stunning Magical Stained Glass Windows, and I've improved some event's comments to make them easier to read. 

Last But Not Least - Meet Anya & Lolo! ---------------- To add a touch of charm to the pack, Anya & Lolo will now guide you through everything in this Visual Novel Effects pack and teach you how to recreate the features showcased with ease! I created her using the Character Generator, so please refrain from using her in your projects without asking me first!
